Sujet: Problem Installing Demo

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

When i try to install the new demo i get the message : This Software requires an additional 20566 K bytes free on the G: drive to install. Please remove any unnecessary files and try again.

i have removed numerous programs from my comp but still the message keeps popping up, any help would be much appreciated.

After removing the files did you defragment? Also, run Disc Clean Up. See if that helps.
 
Which disc is your system disc? if c:\ than make space on that disc, as
VDJ also creates data in My Documents which is the operating system
directory.
 
thanks guys, tried that but still doesnt work, when the original problem comes up if i click ignore this error message comes up

the file G:\\Sampler\copyright.txt could not be opened.Please check that your disk is not full and that you have acces to the destination directory. The system cannot find the path specified.

anyone else come across this problem?

any help much appreciated guys
 
your gonna have to move some files around to another drive or dump some stuff you dont use. you got to be ruthless with your old stuff i'm afraid. you got any old films etc there that can be but on disc, just trying to think what could be hogging up your disc.
 
go to my computer > local disc c > right click > select properties and see how much space you do have left out of how much originally and let us know please.
 
i have 69.1 gigs free space, i really dnt get this
