Hi everybody...at the moment I am currently planning on buying a Hercules DJ Console Rmx Controller and was wondering if I needed an external soundcard for it......also I am completely clueless as to how to hook up a Midi controller to the virtual DJ software, help from any good samaritan will be greatly appreciated...thanks!

In the case of the DJ Console Rmx, it is fully supported by Virtual DJ. Once you've installed it on your computer, VDJ will detect that the Rmx is present and you will be able to use it right away as a controller. The only thing you will have to do is to configure VDJ to use the integrated soundcard of the Rmx as follow :
- Input : None
- Output(s): Headphone
-Soundcard: DJ Console RMX
- Input : None
- Output(s): Headphone
-Soundcard: DJ Console RMX
