The USB port on my RMX seems awfully loose. There's been no problems with connectivity since I bought it, but it seems like an issue (a catastrophic issue) waiting to happen. I was wondering what the experience has been regarding this with other RMX users. Thanx gang! -Z-

Mine seems fine so far, and I've had the RMX for quite some time now ;)

Mine is fine on my RMX too. Although I had this problem with my MK2.
After about 6-7 months of using it, it started to suddenly drop it's connection with my laptap and VirtualDJ would just freeze on me. It was found to be a loose USB port. I got in contact with Hercules and told them about the loose USB port. They said that the USB port itself was fixed directly on to the PCB board and I should send it off to them.
I sent it off from them to inspect and I got a brand new replacement one sent out to me. It all took 5-6 days, quite good service really.
