So I purchased my Hercules RMX from a very reputable Canadian music store.
When I received it, I tried registering the serial #, of course to my luck, it says the number is already in use.
So I decide to call the company, and they tell me "This happens all the time", etc, In my mind, they really are just bullshitting me. They tell me to contact Hercules and go from there.
So I do this.
I send my issue to Hercules and they email me back saying "Send proof of purchase (receipt), along with a photo of the unit, and a photo of the serial # on the unit". No big deal, that's easy, I do it immediately and send it right off.
It's been a full week and have not heard back from them.
Is there anything else I can do? I really feel like I've been cheated out of my own purchase.

Now when your done going as far as you can with the LE version....and it wont take long!!!! :) come on over to the PRO VERSION!!! :) Best investment I ever did!!!
