i just bought the full program for over £200 and the link to download it only downloads a 1kb file which when i open opens a dos black box and nothing else i feel as if i have been ripped off can anyone help me please iam stuck

i got it to work strange how it has done that to me.iam now getting a problem where i cant play the video to my songs its telling me i need to be a member i have already paid for this this i had it working for a few songs now its not not had this program 10mins and iam dissapointed already

You'll need to explain what you're doing a bit better I'm afraid.
It sounds like you're trying to use NetSearch in which case you'll need to make sure you've configured your VDJ login on the Internet tab in the configuration window.
