SICE U ALL HAVE UPGRADED TO THE 6.0.1 WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR SETTING WITH THE HERCULES.....FOR EXAMPLE...JOG WHEEL SETTINGS..ETC.........................WOULD LOVE TO COMPARE NOTES

Too numerous to mention, I can send you my mapper or you can check out Choices in the tools section.

You are both welcome to my mapper as well, if you like..PM me - I've made some changes that make the RMX act a bit more like the MK2 in terms of effects ;)

ok jog wheels, i used to use it everytime im searching for a song (ver. 5 that is), but now i upgraded to 6.0 to 6.01 and still not working to look for a song quicker...is there any mapping on that..thnx for the info...

Sure! Go to config-->mappers, select the RMX from the dropdown and enter these commands for their respective assignments:

LEFT: browser_folder & deck 2 wheel_mode "browser" while_pressed
This mapping makes the left button move the focus to the tree of the browser (or open the subfolders of a folder if it is collapsed), and the right jogwheel will scroll through the list of folders while you hold the button down.

RIGHT: browser_window "songs" & deck 2 wheel_mode "browser" while_pressed
This one makes the right button change the focus to the songs view in the browser window, and the right jogwheel is also used to scroll through the list as long as the button is held down.

The reason I use this particular method is because it leaves the up and down buttons unaffected and they operate as they normally would. It is also convenient to operate both of the buttons with one hand and the jogwheel with the other.
 
Hi all!
need some help!
does anybody knows what command had the Dj Console STEEL, in the Mapping, for the button SHIFT? (shift - is the button that converts the 6 sample buttons, into 12)
I have now the RMX console, and I want to change the SOURCE button values, 2 do exactly what SHIFT button was doing on STEEL console.
how can I mapp it?
