i have been experiencing a problem with recording my mixes in vdj, i do it all the time, but now it seems as if it might be a computer issue. when irecord my mixes and try playing it back it plays fine for the first 5secs then starts to play really fast and distorted....is it my ram.....memory...i did defrag but that did not help...any ideas.

there is nothing wrong with the mix, its the system.....that makes the song skips

I didn't say there was anything wrong with your mix....this happens to me, and my fix is to re-analyse BPM's.....sorry if this doesn't work for you!!

Are you saying that the distortion is recorded into your mix? In other words, you've listened to your mix using different sound output applications and you get the same distortion? If so, the problem occurs during your recording session using VDJ. If this is the case, what's your system spec and VDJ performance settings?

The issue is because a problem with lame encoding (maybe a corrupted file)... Try with Wav and maybe the problem is gone. A reinstall maybe replace the corrupted file and let you record as it should.
Good Luck!
