I cannot get the software to recognize my music files...unless they were in a previously used play list. Example: when I drag it up into the deck it tells me to insert a CD, however it shows that I have 13,000 recordings. I need help... Is there a way to get tech support over the phone?

Please re scan you hdd. Simply click on the database icon on the far left and select scan hdd.
