My netsearch feature for vdj 6 does not seem to be working right. i go log in under the internet tab and it says connected but limited membership? and i bought vdj 6 so how is it limited? when i search for a song they do come up but when i try to place it on the turntable it says stream unavailable error and then a box pops up and says netsearch is a feature available to vdj members. please help cause this feature would be amazing to have if it worked thanks

Netsearch is reserved for licensed users. If your copy of VirtualDJ is legal, please register it on these forums for full access to the Netsearch feature.

my copy is legal i got it from this website...i just tried to register it but it says its already registered, but i dont have anything registered...and im pretty sure i registered it when i got it a few months ago. is there anything i can do? i have the key code and my invoice and stuff what can i do? thanks

Send a message to support with the top right button on this page. Send them whatever details you can like full name emial you reg with ect, and they will get you sorted out.

ok it says now i am registered. but when i still try and use the netsearch the same problem happens and it still says connected but limited membership? am i doing something wrong? thanks
