Hy gyus. I'm not sure if the effect is "stutterer", so I apologize if it is not correct. It's an effect that "breaks the sound of voice" while playing the song. I find it very cool.
Is there a plug in for this effect? I looked at some skins but could not find it.

The cut plugin will do it, it emulates a transformer effect
