hi all,
numark announced the new NSFX hardware controller.

will this controller be supported bij vdj, and if so, when.

without serato itch that controller does nothing
 
Its midi you can map it in about 2 minutes.
 
Thats what they said about the NS7...

We see how good that has turned out so far. I know it will be resolved at some point in the near or far future.

exactly why i asked this question, i remember simular remarks for the ns7 itself, and that still don't work well.
has there been actual tests done wilth the nsfx and vdj
 
DO NOT QUOTE the thread right before your own ... it just makes the thread look like crap.


Since VirtualDJ now supports MIDI and HID devices and since this device is MIDI then the device will be supportable - just like the NS7.

Complicated, had to fill in allot of paperwork, waiting response from Immigration at the moment.

Is there a link that describes the mapping process in detail?
Ive never mapped MIDI before and would like to get the NSFX.
Ive got the NS7 working great with Vista 64 bit but would like to get control of effects and samples off the computer and on the controller.

I JSUT received the NSFX & can't wait to play with it!!!!!!

I went to the page that gives you the instruction to map it but its not very easy to do. Can someone just simplify the instructions to say cut/copy and paste, or can VDJ update the program that includes the mappings to the NSFX?

I guess I have to wait to play with the NSFX :-(
