When you say it isnt powering up, do you mean VDJ is recognizing it or you have no lights on when you plug it in?
If the later have you you tired a different USB cable, perhaps the original one is faulty??

Hi mate
If its not powering up its also worth poping a USB memory stick or some other USB bus powered item into the port you normaly use and make shure the port is still providing power.
If the cable and the port are good it could be a case of off to the repair shop.

The fact that something is happening suggests it isn't a hardware fault.
I would suggest checking on the Hercules website that firstly your drivers are up-to-date. And also check your Firmware.
It is HIGHLY unlikely to be a fault in VDJ, but check out those other things and let us know how you get on.

I'M thinking its something really simple try unplugging your RMX and restarting your computer.
Then plug your RMX after your computer is completely up. I have the same problem at times.
Before you haul your Rmx to the shop check to see if it comes on,with another computer.
