Sujet: V6.03 Where's the clock??

I rely on the clock at my jobs. I can't wear a watch!!

not sure why you can't see clock - mine's still in top right of the skin with the regular vdj pro skin with v6.03

Thank you for all your great answers... 1) I can't wear a watch or rings or tight clothing because I have a major blood flow ploblem. Recently had a quad bypass... Gotta wiggle my hands every once in a while to stop them from falling asleep. 2) I don't have a cell phone...

I installed 6.03 on my other desktop and the clock is there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try reinstalling VDJ 6.0.3.

Yes I am a clock watcher if that's what you meant?? I announce specials at specific times of the night at my club gigs and at wedding, etc I do a lot of animation all night using the itinerary that myself and my clients put together at the signing of our contracts. It's called professionalism.

Did you uninstall and reinstall? ...instead of just reinstalling?
 
What skin are you using? If it is NOT one of the default skins try one of the default skins.

I'm sorry to hear about your health issue but i'm happy to hear that you are dealing with it and it is not stopping you from doing what you want to do.

As far as the clock in VDJ goes??? I have no answer for you. I can't think of a reason for the clock not to be there except for the resolution of your screen vs the resolution of your skin.

Pocket watch maybe? Or you can do the Flava Flav thing and wear a big ass clock around your neck. (Just kidding about the Flava Flav thing)
 
Using the default skin. I'll try a few other things tomorrow. Thanks for your input guys
 
Ok what do you see where the clock is supposed to be?? A Timer, if click on it and it will become the clock. Could this be a Font issue??? Im lost

I completely removed VDJ and did a clean install and now the clock is there... Just installing 6.03 over 6.02 I guesss was the problem in my case?? Thanks for your input guys

Look into that pocket watch idea...lol
 
Cool deal, but that was odd....
 
I think I know what the issue was. Frank is a union DJ and he got the non-union shop version of VDJ install. The union version not only comes with a clock, but ever two hours stops working for 15 minutes (and depending on the genre of the club/bar might refuse to play certain songs). The non-union version will work all night long hence, it needs no clock....
 
I guess I don't have enough stars for the other version?? Wow, must be very bored at home TearEmUp? lol
