Sujet: Cheapest place to buy hercules RMX in UK

My mate who is a bedroom DJ is after getting in to VDJ after seeing it in action on my system (Denon 4500 & X500), appently he has done his homework and is after the Hercules RMX controller, once he has bought that he will then buy VDJ as I think you can get it at a bit of a discount f you are a Hercules owner???

Anyway we have had a hunt round and can not find it in stock for any less than £280 so I thought I would see if any of you guys can suggest anywhere which will do it a little cheaper or is that the norm for the RMX?

Normal price AFAIK, I paid £285 for mine a couple of months ago.

If your friend registers it on here on his/her profile, then, yes, there is a discount upgrade path to the full version.

Unfortunately I missed out on that as I bought the full version nearly two years ago, long before I bought the RMX. But, it was before the exchange rate became so bad, so, when I bought the program, it was around £40 cheaper than it is today. :-)

Agree with Les, £280 is a good price. I got mine from www.djkit.co.uk summer 2008 and paid £270 back then so not much difference in price.

I paid £120 from eBay. Only been used once, was in MINT condition and the box looked to be un-open

Thats what i thought. I couldn't believe it. It had 5 days left when i found it (after searching weeks to find a reasonable priced one) Placed a bid and i was the only bidder and won it.

Best £120 investment yet (+£100 for VDJ Pro of cause)

Yes this is true. iirc if you buy VDJ now, with no RMX then its about £200, Its a guess without opening up another window and going to the 'Online Shop'

You register with VDJ, enter the unique serial code that comes with the RMX (Found on the back of the disk case) and egister this with VDJ online. Then you'll get a RMX picture under your name <--- and then if you go to the online shop you are automatically entitled to a huge discount. Iirc, around £98?

Its for a limited time only though, but has been going on for a few months now.
