Is it possible (using a custom midi map) to be able to use my Hercules RMX for my mixer and hotkey functions with my Denon DN-S3700's for player controls and my KORG Nano Kontrol for sampler functions all at the same time? Any help would be awesome.

Absolutely; you'll see the connected devices listed in the Mappers window and you can map away easily from there.

I'm currently using 2 XP10's, A Faderfox mixer via midi in (Audio 8), NanoKontrol, Midi Fighter, Bluetooth Wii and PlayStation BD remote.
