i want to buy the scratchmaster 4.0 pack, it contains the gemini xl-300 turntables,,, and i cant quite remeber which mixer. i will also get the maya 44 usb card... i want to be guarnenteed that this will work before i spend all my money on these things. will i have to buy extra wires... if so how much would they be

Any turntable will do
All you need is to connect the phono out from your turntable, to the line-in of your maya soundcard.
You would not need any extra wires.. Just phono cables from turntable to maya, and from maya to external mixer
thats it ;)

You would need to put the groundwires from turntable, and connect them to pc case for optimal performance
