Frosty Robin
I recently purchased a Hercules RMX. I installed the software that came with it and used the 20 day free pro trail. This was great I was able to use my console as I intended. My free trial ran out so I upgraded and purchased the full dj pro version. I have installed this on two laptops one running xp and the other vista. I now cannot use any controls on my console which is what I want regardless which laptop I use. I do not want to mix using the laptop. I can still use the RMX controls if I use the limited editon software that came with the console but not with the expensive pro version. Someboby please help because this is driving me crazy.

Please update the DJ Console drivers and firmware to the latest version - This is required for it to work with VirtualDJ Pro:

Also, please ensure that you have the latest v6.0.4 Pro installed - To download (And to obtain future updates), please register your new Pro serial number on the following page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then go to the Download Center:

also when opening vdj apply rmx as your soundcard everytime.and in midi section select hercules rmx.
