Hello World of Virtual DJ

I am looking for advice of the best way to upload my mix to the good olde internet. Which is the best way do to it? I also want to add them to my Myspace page too..

Its over an hour long in one continuous file.....

If you're in the UK and the mix contains copyrighted material then you need to look at the legality of doing this first.
 
try using sendspace.com, it allows you to upload your mixes and then you can send out the link to anyone you want. In addition, you can also sign up for plurlife where you can upload your full hour mix.
 
I use "Mediafire.com" its free and its the only 1 I know of, LOL! All my mixes are about an hour long also.
