Sujet USB SOUNDCARD HELP

I use a Eee Pc 900 to do my DJing, I am going to buy a USB Audio Interface to do cueing. But I was wondering, if I buy two can I completely bypass my onboard audio so I can use the ASIO features of the cards for both my master and my cueing?

I would just buy a four channel sound card such as a M-Audio Fast Track Pro or something like it it.
