Sujet Disabling titles when broadcasting

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I'm using VDJ Version 6.0.2 to broadcast to a radio server.

Due to copyright restrictions I'm not allowed to broadcast the titles of the specific tracks that I am playing, but only a general title such as "Pulseclub with Janzeh" or something like that.

Is there a way to disable title streaming in VDJ??

Cheers

Damnit, guess I will just have to relay the sound through a different broadcasting app then :)

This is possible. If you're using a legit version of VDJ pro, you can either download the registry tool and change this or run regedit, search for Virtual DJ and look for an entry called BroadcastTitles. Change the value from a 1 to a 0. A similar proceedure is done for the OS X version, although you need proper software to edit plist files.

Interesting. I don't know how licensing works where you're from, but here in Australia, if I broadcast anything at all on the internet, I not only have to show the titles but I also have to keep a record of the tracks that I've broadcast as well. Who ever does that? Seriously? Thank goodness for VDJ's History!
