everytime i go to play tune,using the load button,all i get is a really loud hissing noise.
I can't be having this in a set.can anyone help,asap?

I've never had this happen with mine. Is this a new problem that just popped up or are the XP10's new for you?

Might be as simple as the unit not getting enough power from your USB port.
