Spent 5+ years with VV and its done everything ive asked and more of course it took more elbow grease but i feel as if its been worth the time and investment, Ive never touched serato and might have to jump on the turntables this weekend and spin a set using it.....right to the punch how difficult is it going to be for me using the software if i never touched it and is there any workaround to try the software with my virtual vinyl sound card? i would like to get familiar with it but would like to try a trial to get a feel of it....without droppin the $$
Thanks

To use the software, you have to buy the interface. You could download the software free and use it to organize files and listen to songs but it doesnt open up in dj mode without the Box. You can buy the serato box used ( I highly recomend ) for 300 thru 400 bucks on craigslist. Serato performs very good with time codes. Its not hard to use or config. Where are you located ? im in NYC..
