well i'm trying to get my new RMX working but every time i press the icon to open VDJ it either flashes onto a much lower screen resolution (saying that the monitor is on lower res than needed but is running windows on the highest settings!!) or it says that the Controller has not been detected!!! any ideas???

Hi,
- Try to plug it in the same USB port as before.
- Plug the RMX before openning the VDJ software.
Wich Operating System do you use?
What is the spec of your pc?

hi there. the system i'm using is a windows package on my home computer ans an RMX controler with VDJ5LE pre-installed onto it.

Seana, did you get the latest drivers from the Hercules site? Also, when installing, wait for the install program to tell you to connect the RMX.
