Sujet: video codec??? im lost here, HELP!

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

ok so earlier, i recored a mix and it worked fine. no problems.

so i close down virtual dj. about 30 mins later, i come back on. try to record another mix and i get something that looks like this:

Video codec not found


any help would be brilliant as im puzzled!

nevermind just sorted it.

Tell us what codec you used to record your video mixes...:)
 
I downloaded the divx video codec for free @ http://www.divx.com/en/downloads. Then in VDJ under record tab click on config... type in divx for the codec. I also changed divx codec to Windows Media Player Video Recorder in settings under codec tab.

i've seen it do this, going back through the select steps using the Reg editor will fix
 
yeah this should be highlighted somewhere, i can finally record video lol
 
Hi , I just installed the codeck and had select it on vj (No Registry Tool used) I do start recording afther some seconds I Have Fatal Error
Can u Help why this happen?? thnx
 
might be a resolution error..
The thing about using a window, is its hard to get a resolution bigger then 320 X 240 .

and if you attempt to resize the window, its always turns out to be a different #.
