I am thinking about using this mixer with VDJ. My questions is this:
Does this mixer pass time code for VDJ the same as the orginal serato Box does?
Will i able to use the crossfader for video mixing?

No, it will not pass timecode to VirtualDJ. The sound driver does not support this (Except in Serato.) It can be used for output only, e.g: From a MIDI controller or using your mouse+keyboard.
It is also not MIDI compatible and uses its own proprietary protocol, so cannot control VirtualDJ in anyway, e.g: Crossfader cannot be mapped to control the video crossfader.
You would be better purchasing a standard MIDI compatible mixer such as Pioneer DJM-700 or DJM-800 and a 4-in/4-out ASIO card such as Native Instruments Audio 4 DJ or Hercules DJ Trim.
