hello..how do i know what i ned to set my latency settings at? On the performances area, i am unsure on how to check which one would work for me..should i go faster or better quality?is there a way to check what my computer does?any help would be great..i am running a Torq Xponent if that helps any..i haev 1.5 gigs of ram...

If you're using ASIO then set the latency to "Auto" and set a suitable latency in the Xponent control panel.
If you're using WDM then set the latency low enough that you get a response you can work with, without any audio impact.
