Once a track had been played using the "auto gain+remember" feature active how do you remove whatever info was saved. I want to remove whatever tag or info that was created so the program will play the tracks using their original normalization. It disabled the feature but it still shows 0.00db for tracks that I know are higher.

It's stored in the VirtualDJ database and cannot be easily removed (Without manually editing and risking corruption of the database.)
Try right-clicking on the appropriate file(s) and choose BPM -> Re-Analyse
