Sujet: Video loading problem

One of the nightclubs that work at has a problem loading videos. It's running version 5.?? on a Microsoft 7 pc laptop. When I try to load a video, it will load the audio, but the preview screen says "loading...". Any idea why it is not loading the video?

Try To rescan the video BMP again....
