Sujet: Screen too large... need help badly

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Suddenly i can no longer see the right hand side of the software when i open it, i have looked for answers on the internet and tried many options to fix it, when i reinsalled the software it is still the same. any advice would be good please? i am sure i just need to press a button but i cannot find out what to do. thanks

Your skin might be a larger resolution than your laptop resolution or you may have it not maximized and slid over a bit in which case you should be able to slide it back, then refresh the screen.
 
A minimum of 1024x768 is required for the default skins.

NOTE: Custom skins for smaller resolutions (Such as Netbook 1024x600) are available to registered licensed users from http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/skins.html
 
thanks for the replies, but no. it was working perfectly fine for 2 years., and i guess i pressed something on the keyboard, now i cannot see the right hand side at all
 
Hello deceptacon,

One cannot guess what your problem is if you don't take the time to detail your configuration. You nether precise which version of VirtualDJ you have, in which operating system you operate, or what is your computer and the display resolution.
 
I answered him in a ticket.
Message: Click my documents/virtualdj/skins and delete all but the ones marked default or v6
Then reopen the software, it will force it back to the default 1024 skin.

The config button is out of range/sight and he can't reconfigure the skin selection because he ignored the warning that the skin was too large for his screen resolution.
