I need to create a script to allow me to use loop 0.5 initially and after like the loop is repeated to 3 times to go to loop 0.25 and so on Is that possible?

Sorry, it's not possible to do that with VDJscript.
You can manually half or double the loop by assigning keys or MIDI buttons to loop_half and loop_double
It might be possible with a custom written plugin though (C++)
