No probs dave, that's what we're here for. By your last post I take it everything is now working as it should be?

My DB is showing about 60k files, and imagine that is about right, obviously the tracks listed as "Unknown" "Track 01" etc are lost in the search, especially if the contain no ID3 data.
As there are too many of these to search out and correct I think I'll just forget about them.

...or work on them over time. A few a week soon adds up. Or even concetrate on the most popular tracks in your playlists. At least that way you'll be able to easily search for those, and then add the rest over time.

We would recommend naming your files in the industry standard format of Artist - Title (E.g: ABBA - Dancing Queen.mp3) as well as ensuring that the ID3 tags are set correctly.
A tagging utility such as Tag&Rename can help considerably with the above.

If that is the case, then the .ZIP file and the .MP3 and .CDG files contained within it must all have the same name, e.g:
ABBA - Dancing Queen (SC123-01).zip
|- ABBA - Dancing Queen (SC123-01).mp3
`- ABBA - Dancing Queen (SC123-01).cdg
The .ZIP file must also use standard compression - If it does not show, extract the files and then zip them again using standard software such as the built-in .ZIP support in Windows XP and later.

Hi guys
So what I need is a program that can read the contents of a zip file, read and write the new info to the mp3 and cdg tag, and then zip it all up again.
Also would be nice if it got rid rid of capitalisation and under scores.
Not much too of an ask is it.
I wish such a program existed, life would be so much easier LMFAO
