Every time I try to configure my U46 as my soundcard on my Macbook and VDJ Trial, The program freezes and doesn't move from the Soundcard Settings Screen. I tried both the 1.041 and the 3.0 Driver, no luck at all. I just converted to Mac, and this is my first problem.

How on earth did you manage to install driver versions 1.041 or 3.0 to a MacBook? Those versions are available only for Windows. Are you running the Mac-version of VDJ on Mac OS X or Windows on BootCamp?
