Anyone know how to I can map an audio effect "ForwardReverse" to the FWD/REV toggle on the CDJ-2000?

Hello together

Need help mapping the NSFX ( the effectboard for the ns7fx) my ns7 runs on virtual ( solong i do not turn on the motor plats) but I cant use the FX effects on my Effect Board.
Do anybody know how to propper map the FX?
I do not understand anything from the Discription what is in the list,
I need a mapping list so that I can install it

It is supported by VirtualDJ DJ pro, need to buy it to have access to it.

You don't need the effect forward/reverse ... it does the same as the dump action ... just set the action as -> dump

Iv'e had continous problems with the American Dj DP2, after finally getting 2 replaced after not working properly, where can I find the mapping for VJ??
Using Dex at moment but need to do Karaoke and visual mixing. I keep searching but come to a dead end every time, please help!!!! need it sorted in the next week for outdoor event!!!
 
You can only use the DP2 with VirtualDJ Pro and it is supported already from install - no mapper download necessary.
 
Sp33DJr and Cstoll: Yes it was in fact the "dump" action that worked for me! Thanks for your help!

However even though moving the CDJ-2000 toggle to the reverse position starts the "dump" action, moving the toggle back to the forward position does not stop the "dump" action. It seems the action only works off the toggle moving in one direction, which in this instance is the reverse position.

To keep things straight in my head I toggle the switch to reverse then back to forward to begin the "dump" action. Then I toggle the switch, again, to reverse then back to forward to stop the "dump" action.

Is there anyway to treat or "map" that toggle switch to have each direction perform a feature? Obviously I would like to have the toggle moving to the forward position perform the "dump" action. Then, if possible, have the toggle moving to the forward position perform another action, I'm just not sure what that action is. Would it be "play"?

you need to use the following (which was the default mapping provided native in VirtualDJ) ---

dump while_pressed

When in the REV position - it will reverse play.
When moved to the FWD position it will return to forward play at position (Start REV time + time in REV)

So what i get from this thread is that 6.1 has the ns7fx mapped already? no need to download mappers?
 
Yes, the NSFX was added in version 6.1
