Sujet: Turning PC skins in to mac skins

Hey Virtual dj world, I have been using the multi instance skin on my pc side of my mac book pro for a while now and the memory space is getting cramped and unorganized, it would love to just do my mixing on my mac side but the multi instance skin does not come in a mac download. Is there a way to take the multi instance skin here, link to skin http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/967/Multi-Instance_Skin_variations.html, from my pc side and take it to my mac side and use it there? Let me know because this would save me some stress.

All you need to do is run the .exe in Windows which will create the .zip in Documents > VirtualDJ > Skins. You then need to copy the .zip file to your Mac drive Documents > VirtualDJ > Skins (same as windows)

The mac version will then pick it up just like the windows one.

Only problem may be if any of the fonts aren't in Mac but you will see that straight away. You can either add the font to the Mac side or edit the XML.

O soo close, i did every thing you said and it opened the skin fine but only one instance opens, only one window of virtual dj opens. Its weird too because i downloaded a different multi instance skin earlier today,

and it too only opens one instance. Any suggestions?

Not sure how multi instance works, sorry .....

Hopefully someone will come along soon who knows about this!
