Today i set up to Numark V7's, i was told to follow directions very carefully using 1 USB cable and the supplied ethernet cable to attach the two units... At first i loaded Itch and was blown away at how easy everything set up... Then today i decided to test live in a club environment using both Itch and VDJ/Cue; nothing worked and even Itch did not see the controllers... I updated Itch and everything was fine, as a matter of fact, updating Itch allowed the V7 to work in VDJ/CUE environment as well, but only as a sound card...
Unfortunately Numark s controller was not designed with Numarks very own software in mind because i could not get anything to work... I ended up using 1 deck as a sound card for the left player, and my Denon S3700 as the controller and sound card to the right deck...
Its a shame because i like the feel of the V7... Is anyone out there still having audio and midi problems on the newer Mbookpro's?
