Sujet: Hercules Remix Headphone delay...HELP!!!!!

Installed VDJ pro on a new machine with Windows 7 and with Hercules Remix...

Now my headphones are not in sync with the playback of the decks making it impossible to sync the trax....

Headphones are a second behind

Any suggestions would help

Are your headphone (and speakers) connected directly to the Rmx or is the Rmx connected to a mixer, to which your headphone are attached ?



BTW, you should enter your VDJ serail in your profile so you can download the latest version of VDJ...
 
My headphones are connected to the front of the REMIX....speakers are RCA'd out from the REMIX to a stereo

I do have the latest version of VDJ...6.08

Sorry...iactually did install 6.1 today to try and resolve it but had no luck
 
Sorry to say this, but you have been advised several times to add your serial number to your profile. The fact you have not said you will or have done so implies you are not using a legal copy. Espcially a 6.1 can only be downloaded if you have a serial number against your profile...

You are more likely to get the detailed help you need if you provide your serial number.

That said, you should have the LE version that came with your RMX. Try the headphones with that version first and see if the problem persists.

BTW, you can add that serial number to your profile too ;-)

I've tried to register my serial key multiple times and i am getting the message that it is already registered?

But it's the serial key that i get from the download page registered to my profile?
 
You could not register the serial because it was already registered to your account.

You were not showing as a Pro user because one of your purchases was refunded (This is now fixed.)

Make sure that you have the latest drivers and firmware for the RMX installed. A link to download can be found on the following page http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common_Device_Drivers.html
