Everytime I get new hardware from hercules I always run into the same problem. There is stutter or glitch in sound about every 12-15 seconds. I have had this problem with the rmx and the mk2 console, both where corrected with driver updates.
Well I bought a hercules deejay trim in 03/2010, when I try to use my tcv inputs I get that annoying stutter and glitch in sound. I get the stutter even if the inputs are selected in the sound set up but are disabled on VDJ GUI. If no inputs are selected in sound set up the stutter goes away.
Ive tried everything possible to correct this issue,
I do not use VDJ vinyls, I use serato and SIC WAX , Primarily SIC WAX.
I have tried every possible setting, I have even changed my needles and Turntables.
I have tried switching my laptops all which have been purchased in 2010.
I have tried setting up in xp vista and windows 7 but the problems persist.
please help I need to resolve this issue before I switch over to serato....NAH J/K I wouldnt do that!
Just wanna say that everything else runs beautifully when tcv inputs selected.

First thing do to:
In the DJ Control Panel, switch to ASIO audio mode, and in the ASIO tab, then raise or lower the ASIO Buffer Size until you find the correct setting for your computer/configuration. As no PC are the same, this is important to find what works best.
Also don,t forget the basic optimizations steps:
