High there i have a mac book pro and i just recently got a hercules controller steel. everything seems to be working great except and I am mixing a song and i have the bass down on one track, when I go to turn it back up It comes out really distorted. was wondering if anyone knows how to solve this problem.

Which version of VDJ are you using ?
These sort of problems have been solved in recent versions and updates.
If you are using the LE included with the Steel, be sure to download the latest update (v5.2.2 in the Download section), as well as the latest driver for the console
