I use Virtual DJ 4.2 at my job for online broadcasts only. I use a Logitech Premium USB Headset 350 to broadcast over. There are no speakers connected.
I've noticed if I plug the headset into another USB port, I get a sound card issue, however if I plug the headset into the original USB port that I started with, then the sound card issue goes away. That's not so much of a difficult issue to deal with, however I now notice I cannot use any other USB headset to broadcast with without getting the sound card issue. What am I doing wrong or what can I do to correct this?
PC System:
Windows Vista Ultimate 32-Bit Operating System
Service Pack 2
Intel Pentium CPU 3.20GHZ
3.00GB of RAM
Virtual DJ V4.2 - Internal Mixer Skin
Headset: Logitech Premium USB headset 350
Thank you for any help!

Has anyone experienced this issue? Sadly my IT department doesn't really know what's going on and I'm at a loss. Should I just suggest we switch to another program or something?

You could start by Registering your software and then update the program cause 4.2 is hella old, just sayin. 2nd I beleive its not good to switch USB ports. Once you install it on a port dont change it. Thats all I got for ya.
