Right for some reason I have 2 topics on this in the forum with nothing in them, don't know what i've done :). I have the hercules and vdj but hate the herc and love vdj so I am proposing to get a dac 2 with a sound card (i think its called a gigaport ag or something) and download the full version of vdj. Is this all going to work because I will paying quite a lot of money for it all.

Haven't tested it myself (am thinking of doing the same thing, coz the HC is getting on my nerves), but since VDJ supports the DAC-2 controller, it shouldn't be any problem...

Well I don't use the Herc.
But I have 2 systems set up with the DAC 2.
You may find one cheap as the DAC 3 has just been released.
It works excellent, just get the new map in the effects dl section.
