i had the trial version and it worked fine, i just upgraded and now when i try and put songs on the turntables it just says error, how do i fix this

I am having the same problem with VDJ 5.5 It worked before and now it just says error after the track title...dont know what to do. My sound card is good, I reinstalled VDJ 5.5 and still nothing...help!
 
same here any way to fix wtf
 
Sounds like your database is messed up. Try the " check, clean, fix" then register your software since you said you just upgraded...........

if u upgraded it, why dont u enter ur serial number?
 
ive done all that i just downloaded some new tunes from beatport into a folder away from itunes and still couldnt get them to load thay are m4a files but when i had the pro trial they were then too the tracks i had before the expired trial work but not anythin i get new ??? cleaned fixed registerd serial anyone have an answer.
 
FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT itunes messed all my shit up created a new user in control panel with windows opend vdj it wouldnt work so i opened as administrator and boom all my tracks loaded becuase they werent associated with itunes under the new user lol.
