Hello, Im considering selling my old RMX as my new one is on the way. Can that person then D/L the VDJ Lite that comes with the hercules or how does that work? Would i need to transfer the RMX serial to his account or something?

Sorry, once a serial number is registered, it cannot be transfered, sold or given to another user.
The new owner may use the original software from the Hercules CD, but will not be entitled to any updates and will not have access to the free add-ons.
When selling it, you must make this clear to potential purchasers to avoid disappointment.
The new owner will need to purchase VirtualDJ Pro if they wish to run the latest version and/or download the free add-ons.

why dont you give the serial of the new one to the buyer and keep the old serial......should work out the same, there is no benefit to having 2 serials......?

The crossfader and headphones jack went out and after 2 mos of convincing customer support they sent me a new one under warranty, the old one still has some functionality so I'm selling it to a friend for super cheap
