been on hold now for quite sometime,,,, techno and "thank you for holding, please continue to stay on the line"

if you are closed, tell me..... this is the second time I have called today.... first time I gave up and hung up..... now I am in it for the long haul.....

Don't forget we have a support ticket system that is manned around the clock all over the world in 5 different languages.
Phone support has limited hours based on what time zone you are in.
 
Thanks guys,, I am on Maui,,, and I did make a post about the problem..

but since nobody could help me, I figured that a "ticket" wouldn't do me much good because of my wording. I'm not real good with computers, but I did get a call from Chris and will e-mail him... I know that being on Maui, by the time I am getting up, you are all done for the day! LOL

Makes it hard.... but we'll get it...
 
Just wanted to send out a huge "Mahalo Nui Loa" (thank you very much) to Chris who spent way more time on the phone with me than I am sure he thought he was going to! LOL

When the Boss sends ya out to Maui for the "Tech Follow Up".. I owe ya a Mai Tai! :)
