Sujet: Right Deck skips ahead for no reason

Not sure whats going here....and this is the first time this has happened to me.

For some reason last night the right deck would just start skipping ahead on me....I checked to make sure my hot keys were not changed in any way to make sure it wasn't something I was pressing that was doing this.


I also tried re-booting and thought that fixed it but then it started up after about a half hour. In a 4 hour set it happened to me about 8 times....

Has this happened to anyone else??.....I recently just updated to the latest version so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

What kind of equipment do you have?
 
Also, how big was the skip? 1/2 of a second or half of the song.
 
-I don't have any controllers hooked up to it...its just the computer with shortcut keys

I thought I would have an answer for you but for large skips with no hardware attached...I'm at a loss. The only thing I can think of is that there is a resource / memory problem. Something may be taking resources from VDJ and when it returns it, VDJ is skipping trying to adjust. This answer does not come from experience. It is just a guess.
