Sujet: DJ Drops

Hey I've been trying (with no success) to make my own DJ Drops/Intros. Anybody know where I can get one/some?

dj ace cap 1 on the boards here does them. made me a few that are niiiice...
 
I also do them when I can fit them into my schedule. I am also a public school music teacher. I may find a way to incorporate this into my beginning of the year lessons. I'll tell you guys what.

The 1st 5 REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL EDITION users to send me a script (25 words or less) and a return e-mail address will receive that drop free of charge. I will record and produce it (if production is desired) during one of my classes and have it returned to you in 3 days max (likely sooner, but I can't guarantee that due to my schedule).

Hopefully, by the end of the week, I will have my website back up and running. There will be a fee for those services, but it will be quite modest.

You just don't here of anything FREE these days so when I seen this I was like Sweeeeeeeet. THANKS ALOT
 
I have added a twist to my drops by creating drops with some extras. I'll post it up when I get home.

Mitch Craig was the voice for countless radio stations. He has since retired but still does drops. He has a website www.mitchcraig.com. He is not expensive at all either. I have done a few with him and they sound great.

Damn, that's a little expensive. I've heard his voice before too.
 
Its been a whiel since i did a drop with him. At last time it was $25 per drop. When you tell him what to say it does it about 4 different ways and then he sends the MP3 file to you via email.

They are good quality and his voice is widely known so considering his popularity it is not that much.

Did he raise his prices?
 
His prices are still the same. Unless you want a very lengthy drop it is only $25.
 
I picked up a couple of show starters from "wigman" I like them so I probably will be getting a few more. Sad to say I have the voice and the recording equipmennt to do my own but not the effects or time. Wigmans are cheap enough and sound great.

Wigman is the best, I have some of his but unfortunately they are very stock unless you ask for something different. But if I was going to go with someone it would be him,. he is the best deal out there.


$25 for someone talking is steep in my book. That is why I figure wor what it's worth I can do something so simple for much cheaper.

Time is the killer. That is part of my problem but if someone pays, I'll do it.

10 drops that sound really good and offiicial for 50 dollars is nothing. All my friends heard mine and they all bought packages from here to. Your paying for quality and the price is really good.
 
I checked them out, they sound cool but that price is a killer. I'll stick to doing it myself, it isn't that hard.
