VirtualDJ - assign pitch fader function to pitch bend buttons? (fr)

Hello guys. I'm new here. I've recently received an old PCDJ DAC-2 controller from a friend. I have tried different mixing programmes but Virtual DJ will probably be my definite choice as I like the interface and its ease of use. I am trying the demo before purchasing, and figuring out how everything works. Now, I've noticed the pitch slider on my B-player is not functioning anymore (whenever you move it in any direction, the pitch changes to a negative value. Sliding the fader up or down after that changes the pitch to the normal value during a microsecond only. It has nothing to do with synching though.) I am wondering if I could assign the pitch fader function to the pitch bend keys. Hitting the + key to increment the pitch with a certain value, holding the button to rise the pitch until you release the button, hitting the - key to lower the pitch etc. What would the mapper script for this be?

If this can work, I would also need the pitch to be shown in the display, instead of the bpm. I have no idea how to do this.
