Sujet: Video Recording Problem

Fresh install of Windows 7 and Virtual DJ.
Installed Divx Codec
Registry Tool change to Divx codec
Changed Divx to windows media in virtual dj settings

Recording is choppy at best and cpu usage goes up to half whenever the video "chops"

Have a laptop with a 1gb dedicated video cards....any help would be appreciated.
