You can use the application called "MIDI Mapper" which alllows you to remap your controller regarding your needs.
Once installed you can launch it from Start>>Progam>>Hercules>>DJ Audio>>MIDI mapper.
You have also a user manual accessible from Progam>>Hercules>>DJ Audio>>MIDI mapper>>User manual or in
the "Help" menu and select "Open Manual". It should help you to understand how it works.

That utility will only allow you to modify the MIDI messages that buttons send, e.g: You could swap the functions of two buttons with each other.
However, it will not allow you to change the VirtualDJ function assigned to each button. This is only possible in the full VirtualDJ Pro http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html or with the free the trial of VirtualDJ Pro http://www.virtualdj.com/download/trial.html
