Sujet: resolution and cpu problem

in my laptop the recommended resolution is 1366x768 when pick 1280x800 or 1280x768 on vdj the cpu is flying up to 40%-50% and 1440x900 is higher then my resolution so what should i do to get a good resolution and low cpu ?

I would change the native resolution of the screen to match the skin or not run VDJ at full screen.
 
any other suggestions that i can stay with the recommende resolution ?
with low resolution it doesn't look the best...

How about resizing the skin you use? Or... download another skin at 1366X768 ?
