I am running VDJ and a hercyules rmx.
On my backup laptop I am getting the output signal coming through the headphones.
I have reinstalled both VDJ and the rmx software, but this does not fix the problem.
Could this be an issue with my laptops soundcard and not vdj or the rmx.
I have checked and re checked all the vdj settings and it's driving me mad. Please help.

I know that some of the skins have a headphone "pan" or headphone "mix" adjustment... (i put one on one of my skins)
Perhaps the value of that adjustment isn't where it should be?
Both Headphone_Mix and Headphone_Crossfader are the commands that you would need to change
try go into settings mappers, keyboard shortcuts and create a new shortcut key... say "z" for example and make
the value headphone_mix 0% alternatively you could try headphone_crossfader 0%
then press that key that you assigned while using the program and see if that helped.
Just what came to mind for me.

Thanks. I will try that now.
Like I said it only does it on my backup system, so I don't think it's a hardware issue.

Good suggestion, but it didn't work.
I am going to try and reinstall my laptops sound card driver, as I think this may be part of the problem.
I would be happy to hear of any other possible solutions.
Thanks.

Could someone suggest which settings on my laptop could be causing this problem.
I don't think it's the vdj software or the rmx controller.
Thanks.
